How much do you charge for delivery?
A £11 delivery charge is applied to all orders under £100 whilst orders of £100 or more are delivered free of charge within mainland UK on a standard delivery. Deliveries for outside of the UK are calculated within the web cart, once you begin the checkout process you will be provided with a shipping estimate and the option to proceed.
How long does delivery take?
If the items are in stock please allow 3-5 business days for standard deliveries. Next day delivery maybe available but at extra cost please contact us for more details. Can I order via email?
Send us your requirements to info@tm-interiors.co.uk and again we can check stock availability and confirm price and delivery with you. Then if your happy to proceed you can call us with your payment details, or we can send you an invoice via PayPal or even a secure payment link.We will then add your order to our database and email you a receipt and you can also track the status of your order online.
Why do you take payment before the order has been shipped?
Like all online retailers of these at times high value products we do not hold stock and therefore once the order is placed with us we order from our suppliers. Your order is placed on backorder which means therefore your order is allocated to stock that is due in, if we did not take payment before then we would not be able to place it on order as we are unable to reserve any stock that is not physically held by our suppliers.
How I get a quote from you?
1. On the product detail page under +moodboard is a Request A Quote Button please click on this which will open up a pop up window which will then allow you to submit your enquiry based on the product detail page your are on. Please add any further information such as curtain measurements if you require a curtain quote.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you login into your account using the top right login you will be direct to the admin section of your account. From here click on view my order status and it will bring up the order management section which shows all the orders. "Authorized" means the order request has been confirmed between us, "Order in Progress" means we have confirmed stock availability or advised on when stock is due and therefore the order is in progress. "Shipped" means the item has now been dispatched and "Completed" means we understand it as being delivered.
I have a VAT or EU VAT number can I order without being charged VAT?
Yes within the check out process before payment you have the opportunity to enter your VAT number and therefore VAT will be deducted from the order value.
How do I make payment online?
If using our webcart then payments are taken securely through either PayPal, or Barclays. Most debit and credit cards accepted including Amex.

Which couriers do you use?
We use UPS for our main deliveries, however in some instances we may also use Parcelforce.
Do I need to sign for my item?
This can be down to the drivers discretion sometimes the item if no response the driver may leave at a neighbours and inform you via a card through your door, or they may leave in a porch or lobby.
Can my order be left with a neighbour or somewhere?
Please advise in the additional information section of the order form if you would like your order leaving either with a neighbour or somewhere else.
Can I track my order?
Yes when your order is dispatched we will send you confirmation via email containing your parcel tracking number(s) and a link where you can track your delivery.
Once I receive your confirmation email confirming dispatch when is my order delivered?
We ship with UPS and our standard delivery to most locations within the UK means the order is delivered the very next day. They have up until 6pm to make delivery but the majority of the time deliveries are made in the morning.
Can I have my order delivered on a particular date/day?
Yes if you need an order delivered on a particular date/day please indicate this in the additional information section of the order form. If there are any issues with us not being able to meet your requirements we will contact you to discuss.
What happens if my parcel arrives and it is damaged?
In the unlikely event of this happening but if in the event that there has been any damage to the order in transit to you, please advise us by 12 noon the day after delivery, so that we can instigate a claim with the courier.We will then arrange for the damaged parcel to be collected from you, and a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Can I have my order delivered on a Saturday?
With UPS normally our deliveries are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, if it is essential you require a Saturday delivery we will try and accommodate your request but it may cost extra so please contact us on 01733 230499 for further details.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card through your door with a phone number to call. Simply call this number and tell the couriers what day you would like them to re-deliver on and they will arrange this for you free of charge. Or they will try and make a delivery the next working day.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been processed by the fact the order status in your account page has not been updated to "order in progress" then it is possible to cancel the order in full. If the order has been placed in progress then it still is possible to cancel but because some of the items we sell such as fabrics and wallpapers sold by the meter are classed as be-spoke you may incur a handling charge as a cancellation fee. How do I cancel my order?

Can I change or add anything to my order?
It maybe possible please contact us and we can see if we can help you, however is some circumstances where the items have been dispatched by our suppliers you will have to place a new order for these items.
I wish to return my order, can I?
Of course under the Distance Selling Regulation Act you may return any product purchased from us for a full refund so long as you inform us in writing or by email within 7 days of your order being delivered, and the item(s) are in their original packaging undamaged. We do appreciate your business so will assist you in anyway possible.
However please note that a cut length of fabric, trimming or wallpaper sold by the meter is classed as a bespoke item, in that the specific length has been cut especially for you.

What happens if I ordered the wrong colour?
