TM Interiors – Returns Policy
Of course we want you, as a customer, to be content and happy with your purchase from us. If you are not, then please contact us for a refund or exchange.
Please note that unless faulty or not as described, there are products that we sell that are excluded from our straightforward cancellation, refund, or exchange policy.
These include:
- Any fabric, wallpaper, trimming, or pole that has been sold by the metre, as the items have been cut specifically to your requested measurement.
- Any made-to-measure curtains or blinds, bespoke cushions, and pelmets produced to a finish of your choice.
- Any product that has been specially ordered for you.
Where a product has been specially ordered, unless faulty, we are unable to refund or offer an exchange.
We are unable to accept cancellations for these orders unless they are made within 12 hours of the order being placed.
We will try to make this clear when you place your order.
All returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of your order and returned to us within 14 days.
While every effort is made to ensure that you receive the required goods in the best possible condition, please inspect all items carefully upon receipt.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please contact us immediately so we may submit a claim to the courier company and arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
Returned items must be in the best possible condition. Please take reasonable care of them and ensure they are well protected prior to sending back and are returned in the original packaging. When returning goods, please ensure they are satisfactorily wrapped in waterproof packaging or the original delivery packaging.
If the unlikely event fault lies within the product itself, a full replacement or refund can be offered for up to 30 days for faulty or damaged goods at no extra cost. However, we would appreciate it if you notify us within a few days of receipt of any such issue. A replacement or refund will be resolved as swiftly as possible.
Please do not use thin plastic wrapping such as bin liners. No refund can be issued if goods are badly wrapped and become soiled or damaged during transit.
Important: Please include your name and order number on the outside of the packaging so we can identify and refund your order.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the collection or posting date for us to credit your account.
Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used to place the order.
All goods must be returned in their original condition and suitable for resale.
Please note: No refunds can be given once goods have been cut, treated, or altered in any way.
All costs relating to return postage are the buyer"s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend returning goods via a professional courier service such as UPS.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Fabric Returns
All returns must be
notified within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing
info@tm-interiors.co.uk, quoting your
name, Order ID, and reason for return, and must be returned within
14 days.
Because the fabric has been cut specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept a cancellation, refund, or direct exchange.
However, we can ask the fabric companies to accept your order back into stock and negotiate a refund. This is subject to the fabric company"s agreement and the payment of their handling charges.
If you realise you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, please contact us and we will liaise with the fabric company on your behalf to check whether they will accept the order back. Goods can only be returned after confirmation has been received.
Goods must be returned in their original condition.
Returns are not usually possible if the fabric length is less than 5 metres.
Fabric companies impose a restocking or handling fee, typically 25% of the order value, which will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers the fact that your fabric length was cut specifically for you and another customer is unlikely to require the same length.
If a fault lies within the product itself, a full replacement or refund can be offered within 30 days for faulty or damaged goods.

Wallpaper / Paint Returns
All returns must be
notified within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing
info@tm-interiors.co.uk, quoting your
name, Order ID, and reason for return, and returned within
14 days.

Special order items are exempt from returns. These include:
- Wall coverings sold by the metre where wallpaper has been cut to a specific length (e.g. Brian Yates, Elitis products).
- Specially commissioned products ordered specifically for you.
- Paints that have been specially mixed to order.
If you have wallpaper remaining after completing your project, we may be able to return it to the manufacturer if there are more than 5 rolls.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
Returns are not guaranteed and depend on manufacturer approval.
We cannot accept part orders for fewer than five rolls.
We do not offer exchanges or credit for returned wallpaper.
Customers should ensure decorators have measured requirements correctly. If you are unsure, we recommend reserving extra rolls from the same batch.

Rug Returns

We can arrange a courier collection via UPS, however a £25.00 collection charge will apply.
If a fault lies within the product itself, a full replacement or refund can be offered within 30 days at no extra cost.

International Orders
For international orders, we will only refund the value of the goods unless otherwise agreed.
We are unable to refund any duties or taxes that you may have paid as part of your purchase.
